Talking Stick Creation
This retreat delves into the ancient tradition of the Talking Stick, a sacred practice originating from Indigenous tribes.
Participants embark on a journey of creating their own Talking Stick, learning its cultural significance, and experiencing the profound impact of its use in fostering deep listening, respect, and communal harmony.
Mosaic Mandalas
‘Mandala’ is Sanskrit, in loose terms, means ‘circle’. It is a symbol of unity, eternity and wholeness. A reflection of how all remains, flows and returns to the centre.
Participants will engage in a mindful practice of artistic expression, discovering personal insights and connections through the act of bringing their own unique Mandala into form.
Beading your Sacred Mala
This retreat invites participants to delve into the sacred art of Mala making, an ancient practice used for centuries in prayer and meditation.
Participants will learn about the significance of the 108 beads, the energy lines converging at the heart centre, and how to infuse each knot with heartfelt intentions.

Hi! I had the privilege of signing up for Australia's very first Souls Palette 'A Creative Journey Within' workshop that Jen carefully and thoughtfully curated many moons ago.
